Ultimate Roof Inc. warrants this product to be free of material defects. Product must be used for the intended use stated on the label and product data sheet, and applied to an approved roof surface, in sound condition with a reasonable life expectancy. If a product defect is found during the life of the existing roof, Ultimate Roof Inc. shall, within its sole discretion, provide replacement product to repair the affected area (or prorate a portion of the purchase price of the defective product) based on the claim. Proper preparation, application procedures, and curing conditions, are required for correct results. Due to installation factors beyond our control, Ultimate Roof Inc. cannot guarantee product appearance, waterproofing or compatibility with existing roof. Warranty is void if materials other than Ultimate Roof seamless repair membrane products are installed over it. This limited warranty does not cover labor or installation costs, consequential damages or incidental damages. Under no circumstances will the company be liable for any amount in excess of the product purchase price. Contact company to request a refund or replacement with purchase receipt.

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

What is Ultimate Roof?

Ultimate Roof is a seamless roof repair product designed to make areas that leak, seamless. When a roof is seamless, it makes it impossible for it to leak. Ultimate Roof creates a seamless membrane that is strong and durable.

Is Ultimate Roof designed for professional use?

Yes, Ultimate Roof is designed for professional contractors and trades who make holes in roofs and need a simple solution to patch a roof same day, without the expense or knowledge of a roofer.

Can a homeowner or facilities manager buy Ultimate Roof?

Yes. As a safety disclaimer, it is recommended for a qualified and trained professional to do any type of roof repair work.

How is Ultimate Roof installed?

Simply! Put on a disposable glove, grab a handful of Ultimate Roof, and apply by hand. Smooth to about 1/4 Inch thickness.

Is it important to read the label on the bucket?

Yes, the label is a guide on how to successfully eliminate roof leaks.

How much area will a 5 gallon bucket of Ultimate Roof cover?

Approximately 15 square feet installed at 1/4” thick.

Will Ultimate Roof seal solar penetrations on my roof?

Yes, Ultimate Roof is designed to make solar penetration simple and effortless.

Do I need to prime the surface before applying Ultimate Roof?

The surface should be clean and free of dirt and debris. Most installations adhere by simply washing the area with water. Mild household soap or detergent may be used if needed.

When dry, does Ultimate Roof provide flexibility?

While Ultimate Roof is extremely hard and strong, it has approximately 10% stretch on an average sunny day.

How long does it take for Ultimate Roof to dry?

Ultimate Roof is water based, meaning the material cures with sunlight and heat. Typical drying times range from 24 hours to 72 hours depending on the ambient temperature and access to sunlight.

Is Ultimate Roof environmentally friendly?

Yes, Ultimate Roof is water based, does not have smelly odors, and it does not have hazardous or toxic chemicals.

Can I install Ultimate Roof in the rain or when rain is in the forecast?

No, Ultimate Roof is water based and requires sunlight and heat to dry. For wet roof repair and temporary patching, we recommend using temporary repair materials for wet roof conditions available at your local hardware store.

Do not install Ultimate Roof when there is rain in the forecast within 72 hours.

How is Ultimate Roof strong?

Intertwined fiberglass is the secret to making anything strong.

What types of roofs can Ultimate Roof adhere?

Ultimate Roof adheres to most surfaces: metal, plastic, built up roofs, gravel roofs, concrete, sheetmetal duct flashings, etc. If you can dream it, Ultimate Roof can waterproof it.

What surfaces will Ultimate Roof NOT adhere to?

While Ultimate Roof adheres to 99% of surfaces, it is not recommended to be installed over PVC Plastic.

What surfaces will Ultimate Roof NOT adhere to?

How can I finish Ultimate Roof and make it smooth?

Simply spray a mist of water on Ultimate Roof when it is wet, and smooth it out with a brush or by hand.

How do I store Ultimate Roof?

The shelf life for a sealed bucket of Ultimate Roof is 1 year from manufacture date. After opening the bucket and using Ultimate Roof, add a capful of water to the bucket, and close the lid.

How do I dispose of Ultimate Roof and the bucket?

Use all the contents in the bucket, allow to dry and throw away. If there is material left in the bucket, remove the lid and allow Ultimate Roof to dry for several days. Once the material is dry, throw the bucket away.

Can I install Ultimate Roof in multiple applications?

Yes, you can install Ultimate Roof in as many applications as you wish. The more applications, the stronger it will get.

Is Ultimate Roof really fireproof?

FOR SAFETY REASONS, DO NOT SHOOT FIRE AT Ultimate Roof. However, Ultimate Roof meets UL class A fire rating requirements.

Can Ultimate Roof be painted?

Yes, whatever color you desire. Allow Ultimate Roof to fully cure and paint away.

Does Ultimate Roof have odor?

Ultimate Roof has very little to no odor.

How do I remove Ultimate Roof from skin and other surfaces?

- When Ultimate Roof is wet, soap and water will wash Ultimate Roof off.

- To get it off your hands or clothing when dry, citrus or hand cleaner will remove Ultimate Roof from skin.

- For tools and hard surfaces, citrus based cleaners for removing asphalt and oil will remove Ultimate Roof.

Is Ultimate Roof oil and gas resistant?

Ultimate Roof is made of water based asphalt, it is not designed to be used around oils and petroleum products.

At what temperatures can Ultimate Roof be installed?

From 40 degrees to 120 degrees F.

What is the shelf life of a bucket of Ultimate Roof?

A bucket of Ultimate Roof should be fully used within 1 Year of manufacture date.
